Poor facilities, uncomfortable stay, and not worth the price.

Strategically well located

By far one of the worst places I have stayed. The price is very high for what is offered, although unfortunately this seems to be a general issue in Trabzon during high season.

The bathroom was in very poor condition. The first time I used the shower, the shower head fell because it was broken, and the hot water burned me. I reported it to reception and it was fixed, but then it was pointing towards the wall, so using it properly was almost impossible without flooding the bathroom. The sink was also broken and water came out everywhere.

There were mosquitoes in the room, the AC started leaking and throwing ice during the night, the chair had a bad smell, the bed was uncomfortable, and being next to the elevator meant hearing a lot of noise from outside.

I had to extend my stay because of a flight issue and, being tired, I decided not to look for another hotel. I definitely regret that decision. Overall, the price is simply not justified by the quality of the stay.

The only thing we liked is the location. It's a beautiful place right at the top of the square.

The rooms are very old.

Very dirty. The bathroom is so old, yellow all over.

Water is leaking from the air conditioner.

Rooms smell old.

The sheets were not changed. When we informed the reception, they said it would be changed like that.

I asked again for them to be changed but they gave me a bad look. I can't explain. We didn't even go down for breakfast. It could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life.

Not all electrical devices work in this hotel, for example, the lighting in the room, TV, and the elevator frequently goes out of service
