Nothing.
1- The pool was not clean and I informed them to renew the water. The staff acknowledged the lack of cleanliness and said it would be changed tomorrow, but unfortunately it was not.
2- There was no private parking available, even though there were 4 parking spots for every shop. This was clearly stated in the rental benefits (free private parking) when I arrived at 11 PM, I found the parking spots full, and one of the renters was using my spot. When I spoke to the owner, he asked me to park the car on the side of the road, despite its danger to the car's safety! When I asked for my right to use my private parking, he told me 'You only pay for the accommodation, not for parking! You can park on the side of the road or take your belongings and leave without any refund.' I had to wait until 2 AM outside with no benefit in the middle of the mountain road! I parked the rented car on the dangerous road and could not sleep due to fear for the rented car.
4- The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and not of good quality.

We enjoyed a 4-day stay at this hotel, which was truly unforgettable. The view was magical, the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and clean.
Thank you to the whole team for the exceptional hospitality and for ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Trabzon and we would love to come back!
