The location was suitable for us as we only needed a place to stay for the night. The beds were comfy and clean, however, the room's cleanliness overall was not up to standard.
The room is spacious, suitable for 4 people, but the toilet had flushing issues. The bathroom was not very clean and requires renovation. There was hair on the floor which was unpleasant.

Beautiful view of the sea. Mr. Bashar's service is rated 10/10 - very helpful, informative, and supportive. Provided a lot of information. Hard working.
Need customer service training for Mustafa. He refused to help when I mentioned the eggs were not cooked. He said it's not my job, even though there was no one else there. The opposite of Bashar.
Shortage of staff in the cleaning service.
