The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep after a long journey. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. We were very happy with our stay.

Conveniently situated just outside the city on the way to the Sümela monastery. Check-in and check-out process is efficient and quick.
I was disappointed to learn that breakfast is not available despite a specified time frame for it in the listing, leading me to assume that it would be provided.
In my opinion, the bed (mattress) is overly soft, and the pillows are very firm and thick (all pillows are uniform), resulting in a very uncomfortable sleep. Be prepared for loud morning prayer calls.

Excellent hotel, only positive impressions. Beautiful location, very picturesque place. We were warmly welcomed, in the evening we were treated with sweets and tea - it was nice and homely.
Breakfast is just magnificent. The staff is responsive and friendly, always ready to help. The room is clean, spacious, everything is neat and tasteful.
Definitely recommend. I will definitely come back.
