Disappointing

The views are good, but the area is mostly overshadowed by unattractive housing developments rather than natural scenery.

This hotel urgently needs investment and has been clearly neglected for a long time. The exterior is run down, with rusty structures, old concrete panels, and worn balcony flooring. Inside, the room displays obvious signs of water damage, with stains and residue around the window frame and wall. Although the bathroom is okay, the overall impression is of a property that hasn't been renovated for years.

The balcony door didn't close properly throughout our stay, and the visible wear on the frame indicates this is a long-standing issue.

The fitness room was also in a poor state. The air conditioning wasn't working, and when we raised this with staff, we were informed that the technician was on leave with no alternative solution.

I was required to provide my passport number for WiFi access, which is unacceptable and disregards basic data protection standards. Guests shouldn't have to give sensitive information just to use the internet.

I find it hard to believe this hotel has a four-star rating and question the last inspection date. The service caters more to a specific group of tourists with different expectations. It falls far short of a genuine four-star standard for others.

The place is beautiful, quiet, and the view is magnificent. The staff are friendly. The check-in and check-out procedures are easy and fast. I really liked the place.
