The hotel location is very outstanding in the middle of the square. We took two connected rooms, excellent and clean. The cleaning staff is polite, cleans with care, and changes towels and toiletries daily. However, toothbrushes are not provided. As for the other employees, it happened that I brought food from outside the hotel and they refused its entry with a clear rejection at the reception. They categorically refused to allow any outside food in. On the second day, I ordered from the hotel restaurant and the order included a mix grill platter which arrived with minced meat instead of chicken, broccoli, and other items that I did not ask for. As for the soup, I ordered lentil soup and received chicken soup, meaning such mistakes happen, but I hope there will be slightly more understanding with the customer, not everything they request should be rejected. Thank you.
