Bathroom damage. Accumulation of water in the bathroom. Shower head damage. Toilet flush malfunction
Room oversold. Overbooking issue.
Very weak breakfast. Breakfast spread on the table that was used the night before and not properly cleaned
Lack of at least minimum breakfast until noon
Mold presence in the bathroom. False ceiling in the service area is dirty
Severe noise from the entertainment area until midnight due to the presence of a party in the lower floor of the hotel and inadequate soundproofing
Locker damage. Furniture damage. Burned out light bulbs. TV damage
Most important of all, pump failure and water cut for several hours
Warnings were given and actions to resolve the issues were promised. Unfortunately, after the second night reservation, nothing changed

The morning was disturbed due to renovations.
No water for a day, no electricity for a day (due to scheduled maintenance and not power outage according to the program!)
I repeatedly requested hot water, but they either did not bring it, or brought it cold and with gas.
The room door was difficult to open.
The room had an unpleasant smell.
