The employees were very friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport. Towels and room were clean. Mino, who sells souvenirs, was very cheerful and pleasant to chat with. The sea was beautiful, the beach was clean.
They charged 30% more than the price we booked on Booking.com, claiming it was for service and tax (a 30% price difference should not be acceptable as a service and tax fee).
There were no paper napkins anywhere, we wiped our hands on towel-like cloths. There was no minibar, only canned cola in the room, all drinks were served open and especially needed to be requested. We couldn't ask for ice in drinks because we didn't trust the tap water.
Not only were local drinks subject to an extra charge, but also the availability of local drinks was limited, so the alcohol issue was quite restrictive.
Because the air conditioning in the gym was not working, we had a very limited chance to exercise in extreme heat (it was extremely hot).
We saw the same employees working almost continuously in the same location, even in the very early morning and very late evening, showing exemplary dedication. We wish for more humane working conditions.
