The hotel is fantastic with everything that the word implies, it helps you relax and have an enjoyable vacation. The pool is clean, the service is more than excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the receptionist Maaz is great. The service provided to us was excellent. Hotel reception is great, the service is excellent, and there are many restaurant options available. The transportation service (bus and taxi) is excellent.

The hotel stands out for its excellent beachfront location, with beautiful and relaxing atmospheres. The pools are clean and enjoyable, suitable for all family members. What I liked the most was the food quality and variety, the daily buffet is rich in varieties and is renewed well. In addition to the diverse restaurants such as French, Chinese, and Indian, the experience was excellent and the service was good.
The biggest point that needs improvement is the recreational activities, whether for children or adults. Frankly, it was very weak and did not meet the hotel's standard. I felt that some activities were held just to have an entertainment program without any organization or enthusiasm. Therefore, I hope to see more attention given to the entertainment team, providing fun and diverse activities suitable for all ages.
