It was fantastic and now everyone around us knows it!

I love the main restaurant Zohreya and the variety of foods, sweets, etc. I stayed there for 6 nights but couldn't taste all 5 restaurants due to outdoor plans; however, 2 of them were fantastic.

I really have nothing negative to say or anything to dislike.

Fair

The landscape is very nice, the food is not bad, the Japanese and French from the a la carte restaurants are great

The hygiene staff was good.

The snacks at Sanafir and Almaza snack bars were very good. We liked the cold appetizer plate of Amoura Lebanon from the à la carte restaurants, but although the Italian cuisine was satisfying, the tiramisu was not very tasty. You won't be hungry in the main restaurant; especially desserts, ice creams, and croissants at breakfast are very successful. However, more attention should definitely be paid to the cleanliness of the sandwich makers in the breakfast area.

The hotel staff were attentive and the cleanliness was very good. We liked the coffees but tea lovers may bring their own tea bags. Turkish tea was missing. In the minibar, everything except water is chargeable.

The hotel's activities were enjoyable, the pools are quite sufficient (there are 3 large pools). The beach is very clean, you must definitely swim in the sea from the pier; watching the fish was an incredible experience.

The only oddity we experienced was about towels. We had left our towels in the room, my spouse asked the attendant not to go back to the room again, but surprisingly they did not provide a new towel. They could have been a bit more flexible about this. Overall, it was a nice vacation. I would stay again, but it's a complete hotel city where you don't go outside the hotel, I also recommend bringing cologne and mosquito repellent.

Exceptional stay

We had a fantastic stay at Steigenberger Alcazar. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful resort and clean, comfortable rooms to the delicious food and outstanding service.

A special thank you to Esraa Mohamed from the Guest Relations team. She was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She was always available to help with any request and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her warm hospitality and dedication made a real difference and made our holiday even more special.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh and will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Esraa Mohamed, for making our vacation unforgettable!
