We stayed for 4 nights. We had a very pleasant time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mahmoud Gamal took great care of the room cleaning. The colleagues at the reception immediately dealt with our problems. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Acocktail lounge, large heated pool, and a decadent spa are sure to satisfy the most discerning travelers. Unwind oasis by the sea. Memorable dinners by famous chefs and spa treatments, not to mention the exclusive shopping at the hotel's boutique, make for a truly indulgent vacation.

First, thanks to Mr. Joseph, the reservations manager, for his ethics, politeness, and his follow-up call from his mobile to finalize my booking. I gave a rating of 10 for him.
The stay was beautiful, and the buffet was diverse and very delicious for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The view is fantastic and wonderful, better than the pictures by far.
The room TV needs to be replaced as it is small and old.
The room furniture needs to be re-examined.
RadwanBugs and cockroaches in the bathroom and under the bed.
Way too much money for it.
I tried calling Booking.com.
To leave the place, but I was unable to reach them.
I made a few calls to the front desk to voice my complaints.
They took their time.
Things were not going okay; I want to leave ASAP because I had already paid.
