Reception by Michel and Ahmad was friendly and accommodating.
Immediately after being disappointed by the actions of the opposite party due to noise and dust, the room was upgraded to a better one.
The first room had no hairdryer.
Different power outlets were used than in all countries, leading to the need to take an adaptor from the front desk.
No internal pharmacy available.
Few towel distributors in the public pool.
No shop available for booking activities and tours at the same location.

My first time at this hotel and definitely not the last❤️ I love the service, especially at the private beach. Mr. Ali was helpful and very kind
He treats us all well. I'm really grateful for him. Also, Emad and Ahmed at breakfast were very kind to us

The entire staff shows a true commitment to service, and the welcome was flawless.
