Very varied meal. Very friendly staff. Huge hotel. Disappointed with the cocktails. We had massages over 3 days but unfortunately, on the 3rd day, we felt it was repetitive and very rushed. Very nice hotel, close to the airport. Ali, who cleans our room, is very kind and always did a little extra.

The cocktails are not varied enough.

We had a truly delightful stay at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna, and I can confidently say it surpassed our expectations in every aspect.

From the minute we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. Each staff member was kind, courteous, and dedicated to ensuring our comfort and happiness. They consistently inquired if we needed anything and were always eager to assist with a smile.

A special thank you must be extended to Mr. Ahmed Abdel Monem at the reception, whose hospitality was genuinely exceptional! He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Without any prompting, he organized a wonderful surprise birthday party for my daughter, which meant the world to our family. Additionally, he made a reservation at an à la carte restaurant for us without us having to ask. His compassion, professionalism, meticulous attention, and sincere concern made a significant impact. During check-out, due to our delayed flight, he graciously permitted us additional complimentary hours, easing our final day significantly. His exceptional service is a primary reason we would be delighted to visit again.

The cuisine also deserves special commendation. There was a remarkable array of delectable, high-quality dishes each day. We savored Italian, European, English, Egyptian, Chinese, Indian, and Moroccan fare, complemented by a superb assortment of desserts. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings were all superb, featuring excellent presentation, freshness, and cleanliness.

The pools were exquisite, expansive, and meticulously maintained, catering to all preferences. The entertainment team infused the ambiance with vitality through enjoyable activities all day, and we particularly relished the evening shows and entertainment.

The snorkeling adventure was another standout of our holiday. It was a truly unforgettable experience. The lifeguards demonstrated utmost professionalism and ensured everyone's safety.
