Everything was beautiful, the staff starting from reception were excellent. Mr. Moumen was with me from the first entry procedures on the day of my arrival until the day of his leave. He served me well, Uncle Fathy, Ibrahim, who was responsible for the room, was daily keen on being present, cleaning everything, and was polite in dealing with me and my daughters. May God give him health and happiness. All the guys at the resort were ethical and kind. Mustafa in Banorama, Mahmoud Al Asal, Abdulaziz in the main pool, Mohamed Mahy in the beach and Turkish restaurant. As for the animation team, they were great, truly brilliant work. We never felt bored for a moment with them. Sara, Saiko, Castelo, and the charming Omar or Mijo.. The host was awesome, he speaks several languages, the DJ is really great, and the activities were flawless 👏🏻 Thank you for the best vacation 🤍
It would be great if there is a little more variety in food and beverages

Exceptional

First of all, everyone is very friendly and smiling. The attention and service were excellent. We thank you for everything. They also provided early check-in and late check-out support, for which we are grateful as well.
It would be much nicer if more attention was paid to the meals and a la carte restaurants, it's not that they were bad but unfortunately it falls below the quality of this hotel.

Very wonderful stay

The hotel is managed by Master Awad. I am sure that it is a matter of time before it competes with the world's top hotels as was the case at the Batrouz Laguna Fiesta.
Upon arrival, we had booked two rooms and they upgraded us to a villa with a private pool, which was beautiful and spacious. Thank you for that.
First: The staff are extremely professional and experienced.
(Mahmoud, the golf car driver, deserves praise. Sameer at the reception is wonderful and professional. Basim at the Panorama Cafe is excellent. The staff member is a skilled professional who is eager to solve guests' problems.)
One time, we were brought a black golf car and we rode with it to the desired location. The surprise? The manager of the resort was driving it, indicating his professionalism and humility. (Thank you, Master Awad)
We met the head chef, Master Haitham, who was keen on meeting all the requirements for kids with us. At one point, we requested a dish not on the menu, and although it was out of the menu, he went and made us a special dish. Thank you, Master Haitham.
Second: The green spaces are very beautiful.
The playgrounds are available and wonderful.
Golf cars are available around the clock.
Buses to the beach are always available.
Third: The food is varied, available, delicious, and of very high quality.
The prices are very reasonable, especially regarding the spa.
Fourth: The animation team (Castle) is excellent. Kaastle has the lion's share of praise and admiration. Saiko and Migo, along with all the young people, but Kaastle receives the most praise.
Fifth: The nightly shows put on by the animation team are legendary, non-repetitive, and always a surprise.
Sixth: The aquaparks are very wonderful, as are the zoo, games, and more.
Cleanliness: Cleaning services need attention and improvement, as despite our complaints and discussions with the housekeeping staff, the situation remains weak.
The mattresses are worn out and need either maintenance or replacement.
There are only two cafes, Panorama Cafe and Reception Cafe.
