My stay at Novotel Sharm hotel was wonderful in every way. The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the atmosphere is calm. The air conditioning is excellent, the pools are clean, and there are various activities in the buffet area. The staff are very professional, friendly, and respectful. I thank all the reception staff: Mohammed, Alaa, Hajar, and especially Khalid, who works in room cleaning. I recommend the hotel to everyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
