Staff not very attentive to customer satisfaction, perhaps they are few compared to the many people around.

Pool not too large and often dirty.

The resort is complete and the service is excellent

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, and the staff were all cooperative. I really liked the extreme readiness at check-in and renewal despite the hotel being fully booked, they provided me with a temporary room for early check-in. Additionally, they gave me priority for room renewal for two days extra despite the reservations in the hotel not being available. Everything confirmed their keenness on the guests' comfort. Thank you very much indeed.

I had a wonderful stay at Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is very clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is excellent.

What really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality and friendly service from all the staff. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Hamdy, Mr. Abdelrahman, Mr. Abdullah, and Mr. Fady for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay.

Everywhere we went, the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, and the attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests.

The facilities, cleanliness, food, and services were all at a very good standard. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely be happy to come back again.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean resort, great hospitality, and excellent service in Sharm El Sheikh. ❤️🌴
