Very attentive staff and the reception 70% from the hotel for good treatment and reception, especially mentioning Mr. Shihab, Mr. Mohammed, and Mr. Andrew for their good treatment and reception. Exceptional staff, as much assistance as possible, and special thanks to Mr. Mansour, the hotel manager, for his attention to guest problems. I recommend the experience.
The food is good, some types are not available to meet your needs. Desserts are repetitive without noticeable development. It is necessary to work hard on the quality of the food and to meet the needs of children with useful dishes. Yogurt is not available. Local coffee is affordable. Ice cream is available. Drinks in cans are available.

Everything was perfect. We easily accessed all facilities. All staff members were smiling. Especially Tarek working in block 5 and Musa at the lobby bar were excellent people. They made us feel special from the entrance at the reception. We had a great holiday with our 3-year-old daughter without experiencing any difficulties. Thank you very much to everyone. We want to come again next year.
