Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the aquapark was great for both children and adults, and the food was varied and tasty. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to some amazing employees who made our stay extra special. Special thanks to Mohamed from the reception, who helped us with great kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm both last year and this year. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Ziad and Nady from the bar. Their flexibility, warm smiles, excellent service, and professional attitude made each day even more pleasant. Additionally, we want to thank Ahmed, the restaurant supervisor, for his high standards, friendly nature, and exceptional hospitality. Thanks to these amazing employees, we truly felt at home.
