Poor 1
A very bad experience that I hope will not be repeated.
I did not like anything except the night manager Yasser, who was cooperative and very respectful.
Everything is bad, from the lack of reception coordination to the hotel's entrance, which made us walk in the heat. There was no valet parking, and they made me walk in the heat with no facilities or car rental service. A person let his car enter, meaning it is necessary to have intermediaries or bribes. The room smell is bad, it is not clean, and the bathroom smell is disgusting. There were no towels, except for one torn towel. The water kettle, which is a must, was missing. Our friend wanted to change our room so we entered to find explosives and security forces running after us. They all gathered on us. A very bad hotel from all aspects.

Amazing food and exceptional staff made our stay truly memorable, despite the limited beach and pool
The food was amazing! There was a huge selection of different meats, seafood, side dishes, sweets, fruits and drinks. Even though we stayed for 10 days, every day we were still genuinely curious to go for lunch or dinner just to see what would be served next. It never felt boring or repetitive.
The biggest highlight, however, was the staff. Their friendliness, positivity and hard work really made our stay special. I would particularly like to recognise:
Haleem – Housekeeping: Always positive, smiling and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in our room.
Ali (Ecko) – Entertainment: He brought incredible energy to the games, activities and concerts. His enthusiasm was contagious!
Mohammed – Grill: Every lunch and dinner he prepared amazing grilled meat, seafood and vegetables. Huge kudos to him!
Mahmood Ibrahim – Breakfast: Apart from preparing eggs and omelettes, what really stood out was his communication with guests. He has excellent people skills and a naturally friendly and welcoming way of speaking.
Mokhtar – Breakfast: Responsible for cheeses, ham and other breakfast items. His smile and positivity were such a lovely start to every morning.
Sayed – Desserts & Pancakes: Simply the dessert and pancake king! :)
And finally, Mahmoud — genuinely one of the hardest-working people I have seen in my career. Depending on the shift, he was cleaning tables, preparing them or serving guests, and his work ethic, speed and dedication were impossible not to notice.
I sincerely hope the hotel management recognises these employees and supports their further development and promotion. People like them are a huge asset to the hotel and one of the main reasons we will remember our stay so positively.
The biggest disappointment for us was the **beach and pool opening hours**. Everything closes at **18:00**, and unfortunately this was not clearly disclosed anywhere when we were choosing and booking the accommodation.
It seems that this may not be specific to this hotel and that other hotels along this part of the coast follow similar rules. Nevertheless, knowing this in advance would have been very important for us, as it significantly affected our daily planning.
During the hottest part of the day, when the sun and temperatures are at their peak, you naturally want to avoid spending too much time outside. But once the temperature becomes much more comfortable towards the evening, there is very little time left to enjoy the pool or sea before everything closes.
Another important point for future guests is the sea itself. The coastline in Sharm is quite unique: the water near the shore can be extremely shallow, and when the sea goes out, you may need to walk a very long distance — potentially around 1–1.5 km — with the water in some areas being only a few centimetres deep. For proper swimming, you need to use the designated swimming areas.
This is of course related to the natural characteristics of the area rather than the hotel itself, but together with the 18:00 closing time, it is something guests should definitely know before booking.

Very good 8
the hotel offered good value for money, and overall we were happy with our choice
I also noticed something regarding reviews from guests who complained that the staff refused to serve them. I think the full context is important here. During our stay, I noticed that staff sometimes refused to serve alcohol to guests who were already extremely drunk and behaving unpleasantly. Personally, I consider this completely reasonable and responsible. If someone says that they were refused service, it may be worth mentioning the actual circumstances rather than simply blaming the staff.
In general, I was genuinely impressed by the hotel staff. They work very hard, for long hours and in extremely hot weather, yet most of them were warm, polite and always willing to help. They also often found the time to smile and show genuine interest in the guests. The difference in living standards between tourists and local staff is quite striking, and perhaps that is something visitors do not always fully appreciate. Despite this, most of the staff we encountered were exceptionally kind and welcoming.
There were perhaps one or two isolated instances of less friendly service, but I can understand that too — everyone can simply have a bad day.
Another thing I particularly appreciated was that there were not many small children at the hotel during our stay. As a result, the overall atmosphere was quite peaceful and relaxing, especially around the pools.
The hotel has three large pools, including a silent pool. I particularly liked the concept of the silent pool because salespeople and excursion vendors are not allowed to approach guests there. This makes it a much more relaxing place to spend the day.
There were enough sun loungers during our stay, although some of them are old and damaged and could definitely use renovation. There could also be more parasols.
We particularly liked Ahmed, the bartender at the silent pool, who was friendly and attentive.
The walk from the hotel to the beach takes around 10 minutes and goes through beautiful landscaped gardens.
We also used the taxi service provided by the hotel. The cars were clean and well maintained, the drivers were friendly and pleasant.
However, we had a very different experience when we arranged a transfer to the airport through the hotel. We booked two cars and were charged €50 in total, which I consider significantly overpriced. What makes this particularly disappointing is that just a few days earlier, we had used two cars arranged through the hotel to go to SOHO Square and back, and paid €20 in total. I later checked the price of booking the same airport transfer through Booking.com, and it would have cost us only around €10 in total. To make matters worse, the airport taxi was 12 minutes late, despite the fact that we had specifically arranged and paid a premium price for a hotel airport transfer. When you charge such a high price for a service, I would expect it to be reliable and on time.
This is honestly the one situation during our stay where I felt taken advantage of as a guest.
The food is typical hotel food. Nothing was particularly special, but we always found something we could eat at every meal.
I was less impressed with the cocktails. The juices and mixers they use are not really to my taste because they are very sweet.
We also had dinner at the Italian restaurant within the hotel, as we were given a voucher for it. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and. The food was essentially identical to what was being served as part of the all-inclusive buffet. It seemed to come from the exact same kitchen and was simply presented differently and wrapped in the concept of a separate Italian restaurant.
The pool towels and beach towels are different, which is useful. However, both towels were quite often stained, which does not give a particularly good impression.
The beach is one of the weaker points for me. It is only partly sandy and consists mostly of small pebbles, and the water is extremely shallow.
