AsadBooking.com is a scammer. I don't like this anymore. I booked a room on 25 July but it's not showing in the hotel's system and Booking.com.

I booked a room on 25 July but it's not showing in the hotel's system and Booking.com has not refunded my money. I am not allowed to access the room and they have marked it as completed. I am very disappointed.
