ShabbirHIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE FACILITIES & HAPPY WITH THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR
A. 1ST ROOM, washroom shower was not working, water is also hot, no cooling system, mod lid was also broken.
(very poor maintenance)
B. Then i changed 2nd room room also , AC was was not able to cool room even after 2.5 hours, on bed room heating yellow light at very low heigh also a source of uncomforted.
C. Then I shift the 3rd room here ac was ok but shoer was burst, exhaust fan of toilet was out of order...
as a total....maintenance department is extremely poor otherwise these points should have rectified prior it is highlighted & complained by the customer.
THE ONLY BEST THISNG IS THE BEHAVIOUR/SERVICE OF THE STAFF. STAFF IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL & SUPPORTIVE.
