BasimI will never come back again
This is my second time at this hotel, the first experience was not as bad as this. This time the reception staff were not friendly at all and never smiled. The room was not clean. The bathtub drained very slowly, which led to water accumulation. The requested extra (charged for) bed was in poor condition and made noise throughout the night. I only appreciated the housekeeping and security staff, who were friendly and supportive.
