Not a 5 star hotel for me.
The couch in our room was notably dirty. We were given a smoking room even though we had notified the hotel about our baby's presence, which was especially disappointing. The air conditioning system was very noisy, and the service was slow. Additionally, the food standard was only average. There were no tissues in the restroom, and we had to ask for towels as they were not provided in the room, which also had a damp smell.
