Worrying about your family

Parking

They split my family into two different floor apartments (one bedroom each) although this was not clarified during the booking. Upon arrival, the reception staff's handling was one of the worst.

During my arrival, I met Mohammed from Egypt and Susan, the Syrian lady. They were not helpful at all and they tried to take advantage of my need to be together with my family by offering an expensive rate for a two-bedroom apartment, 150 Dirhams per night more than the booking price. Susan even tried to persuade me to cancel my online booking and make a new booking with them locally, despite knowing that my booking was non-refundable. She kept insisting that I would be refunded after a week!

The manager, a gentleman named Javed, was somewhat helpful as he attempted to offer assistance, but ultimately I was compelled to separate my family onto two different floors, and I was constantly worried about my children's safety being away from me.

I eventually requested to be accommodated together once a free apartment became available during my stay, but they never assisted me even though the hotel was 50% vacant.

It was an experience that I deeply regret.
