RashedThis is the only hotel in Shfshat.
The location is in an excellent site surrounded by wild nature and a refreshing lake.
We did not receive a warm welcome or hospitality.
We did not feel comfortable with the hotel management, which pays attention to every detail.
The breakfast is the worst hotel breakfast during my trip.

The hotel's website, along with the flag, displays new hotels in the area with the most beautiful views and the latest amenities.
The hotel owner misunderstood my reservation for two adults and two children as she insisted that the visible reservation only showed one person, even though I showed her the booking on the booking page. She did not agree and transferred the reservation to the penthouse, delaying my check-in until 9 PM. I arrived from a long distance, which confused my schedule.
