The hotel was clean, the price balance was good, it is nice to have a car park

The bathroom drain was not functioning well, the surroundings of the shower cabin could have been cleaner

A quite decent hotel with problematic internet.

Liked the location. It's not in the center, it's the Atakum area with wonderful beaches, a wide, well-appointed promenade with many cafes and restaurants. The hotel is new. We stayed there last year, it just opened. The staff is friendly. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a higher room category. Very convenient parking, located right in front of the hotel and around its perimeter. Breakfast - buffet, usual Turkish.

The biggest downside - outrageous internet, meaning calling things by their names, it's practically not there at all. Poor lighting in the bathroom, uncomfortable (the light switch is too high relative to the sink) location of power outlets.

In terms of value for money it was good and even though it wasn't extremely clean, it satisfied us

The parking spaces were full and we had to park in front of another customer, after which the hotel staff wanted our car keys to move it later if the other customer needed to leave. They did move our car, but not to the hotel parking lot, instead to the back of a side street which is not even 1km away. Before handing over the car, we checked the mileage display and when we wanted to drive off, we saw that they had driven over 5km with it. They probably took a little city tour. The car is a sports car, which is not cheap.
