Disappointment. Booked the accommodation via booking. 5 persons 3 children 2 adults. Have invoice in hand yet they say they cannot see the booking in the system and I should take care of it. The lady at the reception was super unfriendly, probably not in the mood for the situation. After a short discussion, a gentleman said we should sit down for a moment, he will come soon. Later everything was fine. Then we got a room with a connecting door. It smelled extremely of cigarettes.

We paid for a room for three, but the accessories were for two, thank you for providing additional ones for two as well. The snack was poor, not much choice. The bed was super comfortable. Good location.
