The hotel was clean, the price was good and it was nice to have a car park
The bathroom drain was not working well, the area around the shower cabin could have been cleaner

Loved the location. It's not the city center, it's the Atakum district with beautiful beaches, wide and well-maintained promenade with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The hotel is new. We stayed there last year, it had just opened. The staff is friendly. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room category. Very convenient parking, located right in front of the hotel and around its perimeter. Breakfast is buffet style, traditional Turkish.
The biggest downside is the unreliable internet, meaning, calling things by their names, it's practically nonexistent. Poor lighting in the bathroom, inconvenient (the wall socket is too high relative to the bedside table) outlet placements.

The parking spaces were full and we had to park in front of another customer, after which the hotel staff wanted our car keys to move it later if that customer needed to leave. They did move our car, but not to the hotel parking lot, but to a side street in the back which is not even 1km away. Before handing over the car, we checked the mileage and when we wanted to leave, we saw that they had driven over 5km with it. They probably took a little city tour. The car is a sports car, which is not cheap.
