Disappointment. Booked the accommodation via booking. 5 persons 3 children 2 adults. Have the invoice in hand yet I am told that they cannot see the booking in the system and I should take care of it. The lady at the reception was super unfriendly probably not in the mood for the situation. After a short discussion, a man said we should sit down for a moment, he'll be with us shortly. Eventually, everything was okay. Then we got a room with connecting door. It smelled extremely of cigarettes.

We paid for a room for three, but the accessories were for two, thank you for the same price for two. The snack was poor, not much choice. The beds were super comfortable. Good location.
