StephanWas satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
Great location, rooms are satisfactory, and reasonably clean.
Bed linens are insufficient, no duvet or cover provided, only a sheet. Staff tend to use the “no English” excuse when they don’t want to answer your question. Particularly Mr. Gokhan, who miraculously becomes fluent in English when confronted about his behaviour. The other staff members were helpful.

Clean and comfortable
- Restaurant, one of the waiters was rude.
- Spa facilities only open for the time booked, so sauna and hammam were not hot. Massage not available and had to go somewhere else.
- Staff didn't try to communicate with me as a non-Turkish
- Guest WiFi only works for Turkish nationals as they need a national ID, so I had to be logged into staff WiFi
- Next to a bar with live music. Was very noisy until midnight.
