AliDecent room but had a negative experience
The location at Hawana was good, and the rooms were comfortable
The housekeeping staff mistakenly took one of our personal bags which they presumably threw away. This bag contained valuable plant cuttings for me, and they took it without our permission. I immediately informed the reception once I discovered this, and they assured me they would investigate and inform us of what happened. However, the next day, another staff member at the reception was clueless and said they would inform the manager and take my number to provide updates - I never heard back from them, nor did they apologize for the incident. This incident completely ruined my stay at this hotel
