Great location near services
Dealing with front office staff, especially the Egyptian staff, was not satisfactory. He couldn't clarify the details of the bill between the base price, taxes, and fees upon checkout. He insisted on paying an additional surcharge in an unprofessional manner (rudely). When requesting to convert 500 Saudi Riyals to 50 Omani Riyals, he refused in a provocative manner (with the knowledge that a small exchange shop next to the hotel easily exchanged the amount). During my stay, the Omani receptionists were extremely kind!
One of the downsides was also the high room rates for a 4-star hotel compared to 5-star hotels in the same area.

The hotel has a great location, with numerous coffee shops and restaurants within the premises. It also features a spacious outdoor seating area, lovely gardens, and a kids' playground.
Our Executive Suite was not properly cleaned on the first day, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room.
The bed was not comfortable, and the bathroom did not meet the expected standards of a 4-star resort.
Despite the Khareef season, we found the room rate to be too high considering the quality of facilities and overall comfort level.
