AlSpecial thanks to the front desk team for upgrading my room and arranging a late check-out. Unfortunately, the rest of my stay
The team members were welcoming and efficient. When I mentioned that my room was poorly lit, they quickly moved me to a suite, which I was very grateful for.
The floors in the rooms were not tidy and need regular mopping. Furthermore, the room lighting was inadequate. Moreover, the breakfast bread was chilled and had to be heated up when asked. There was no buffet as there were few guests.
