That was the worst experience of my life even though I had a booking - they charged extra. I booked a month ago for 10£ but now they said the rate is different and charged 25£. If you don't want to sell cheap, then why list it? I have all the proof of how much the price was on the listing and how much they charged. A very, very bad experience.
