SultanThe hotel needs improvements and proper maintenance
The staff were good but the hotel need proper management in terms of maintaining the cleaningness overall and maintenance.
The bedsheets and towels are really old and need immediate replacement and change. The front of the hotel as well as the lobby needs deep cleaning.
There was a table beneath the table which is shaking and fall in my son foot and had an injury.
The restaurant also need proper ventilation and cleaning.
