SarahThe Serene environment, clean accommodation, variety of activities and welcoming staff at Al Baleed made my Salalah vacation memorable.
The rooms were clean, with easy access to the restaurants. I appreciated the diverse dinner options available. The hotel contacted me the day before my stay to inquire about any specific needs and offered to arrange an airport pick-up. The transfer from the airport was smooth, with Mr Hussein being friendly and ensuring a warm welcome for myself and my son. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. A special mention to Lamiae from reception and Asad from the restaurant, among others. If I return to Salalah, I would definitely choose to stay at Al Baleed again.

The property, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet, the location
They claim to offer a car wash service, but when I asked, none of the staff knew about it. I called the reception multiple times to inquire, but each time they promised to get back to me and never did. After two days, a staff member informed me that the service had been discontinued.
During checkout, I waited for the bellboy to come and take my luggage, but they never showed up. I ended up having to drag my luggage to the reception area since I was in a rush to catch my flight.
