All the staff were very friendly and attentive, they were constantly caring, the rooms were very clean, the food was good

Location is great. Sufficient facilities both inside and outside the resort. Fun for the kids too.
Jacuzzi was not clean. Trash was also not collected, you had to ask for it yourself. They clearly have a staff shortage. Nonetheless, the working staff is really great!

The only good thing about the accommodation was the swimming pool that was there.
The accommodation was dirty and not cleaned. There was still urine in the toilet, the tables were dirty, the bed wasn't cleaned, there were still used and smelly duvet pillows on the bed. The people promise you things that they don't fulfill.
