Very beautiful hotel with a luxurious look. Friendly staff. Very luxurious and extensive breakfast that was also beautifully presented. The hotel is located centrally in the city center so everything is nearby!
The only downside was that the temperature in the room was very high and the air conditioning could not solve this problem as the room was too large for only 1 air conditioner.

Location was very good,
We didn't need any help so I can't rate the staff, we also didn't have breakfast so I can't rate that either.
For the class of this hotel, everything was actually fine
محمدBooking was made through Booking.com and was canceled by the hotel. We arrived at the hotel tired from traveling (at 8 PM and they did not have our reservation.
I didn't like anything, it was bad for the image.

Very good breakfast and spacious rooms for families, very nice location near markets
Arriving at the hotel at night, I asked the receptionist if I could park in front of the hotel as it was vacant. He said yes. In the morning, the police gave me a ticket. He should have known that it was not allowed to park there. The hotel even has a free car park behind the hotel, and he should have told me to go there. That's the only negative issue I faced
