Our three-night stay at the Kimpton Riyadh was truly exceptional. From arrival to departure, every aspect of our stay was top-notch.
We were impressed by the service starting with Jerosene from the bell team, who warmly welcomed us. Mohammad Idasham from valet services also deserves special thanks for taking great care of our vehicle and providing professional service with a smile.
Special recognition to Duty Manager Qusai for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. His genuine commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in his daily check-ins to ensure everything was perfect.
Last but not least, Mr. Ted Ajab deserves the highest praise for his professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. His care and attention, through thoughtful gestures and acts of kindness, left a lasting impression.
Kimpton Riyadh stands out not just for its facilities, but also for its exceptional staff. The hotel's excellence in management is reflected in every employee we encountered, surpassing our expectations.
If possible, I would give twenty stars instead of five. I enthusiastically recommend Kimpton Riyadh and will choose it again on my next visit to Riyadh.
