I will not stay again because of the ground situations.

The check-in was very fast and the receptionists were very cooperative and quick to respond.

The ground situations were very bad, narrow, and crowded.

I stayed in a room that had tea, coffee, and a coffee machine, but some rooms did not have one. We requested a coffee machine and waited a long time.

Communication was difficult with room service. The room did not have a coffee maker, only tea. They are very slow to respond to any request.
