I booked a room for one night at this hotel because my flight arrives very early in the morning. I planned to use the room until 2 pm, which is their check-out time. However, upon my arrival, I discovered that my booking had been canceled because I didn't arrive the night before. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since there was no manager available to speak to, and I was told to wait for them. The porter was the one who provided me with this information. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Great location, parking was not a problem. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The en-suite bathrooms were a little small, and there were issues with regulating the hot/cold water.
