The cleanliness is excellent and the staff performance is noteworthy, especially the receptionist Mr. Youssef, quickly accomplishing his work with professionalism.

The cleanliness and maintenance were wonderful and the buffet was good, but there was a lack of variety in the available dishes for breakfast, almost the same for dinner
The kids' playroom was closed
As the stay was not enjoyable at all, as it was not suitable for families
