The stay was excellent. Hotel staff was good too, especially the Bellman Saleem was very cooperative. Highly recommended to stay here.

The beddings are very clean and extremely comfortable.
The place is clearly under renovation, so some areas are in terrible and neglected condition.
The food quality is below average for Riyadh.
The swimming pool and gym are neglected to a dangerous extent.
The reception staff are not knowledgeable and clearly new and undertrained.
