The booking was for three rooms and I was given the unit number
When I arrived, the unit was occupied. When I contacted them on the phone, they told me that they were sorry and it was a mistake. The only thing available is a two-bedroom unit. I had no option but to accept it and have my son use the small couch.
They refused to compensate me for the smaller unit
AljouidUnfortunately, it was a very bad experience. After booking and confirming with the host that everything was ready, I was surprised upon arrival to find another person inside the apartment!
The worst treatment from customer service and the families are not comfortable to use.

When I contacted them, I was blamed as if the mistake was mine, and they informed me that the booking had been changed to a different place in a different neighborhood without my knowledge or consent.
The furniture is not comfortable, and the additional fees for cleaning do not reflect the service at all.
Honestly, I will not repeat the experience and I do not recommend it.
