Hotel location, the interest of all staff and their problem-solving skills.
Check-in and check-out times may vary significantly with flight times. You may need to wait for a long time for morning check-in. The staff tries to be helpful, but I think hotel policies could be a bit more flexible, or different packages could be offered.
