Excellent location

Overall, the stay was good with a great location and facilities, but some service and comfort improvements.

I liked the breakfast, especially when taken early in the morning. The hotel location is very convenient as it is close to the metro station (Blue Line). I also liked the swimming pool. Small stores are very near to the hotel, and basement parking is available—although limited, you can still find space.

The mattress was not comfortable. When I raised the issue, the staff did not replace it and only flipped the mattress, which resolved the problem temporarily. On the last day, when we arrived for breakfast, most items were already finished. Refilling was very slow, and many items were not replenished in time. Additionally, the room Wi-Fi was connected to the lights, which was very disturbing.

The service did not meet the required level, even if I can change the stars, I will not give them more than two stars.

There is nothing that I liked at all, so do not satisfy the services of the four stars.

The furniture is old and there are no parking spaces for the cars according to the number of rooms, they are very few, and the hotel does not reach a four-star level.
