The place is beautiful.
* We arrived at the hotel, and the employee sent to open the air conditioning despite me sending a message at the time of arrival and the world was hot, but imagine!!
* There was no toothbrush available unfortunately, and we requested one and they brought it for us.
* We asked for a late check-out by one hour because our flight was in the afternoon, but the Egyptian receptionist refused and his attitude did not please me at all with rudeness despite the hotel being empty.
No guests to speak of, we sat in the lobby.
