Just got transferred to Movenpick. The staff is good, great location. Everything was perfect.

We have already made a payment on Booking.com a few days before check-in, yet the reception has charged the fee to the guaranteed card again!! We messaged the hotel and they only asked us to call Booking.com. Very poor service for a 5-star hotel!
