We had a fantastic stay at SHAQILATH Hotel in Wadi Musa. The hotel is situated in a prime location, perched on a high point with a stunning panoramic view of the city. It boasts a spacious parking area, a convenient lift, and a large restaurant with breathtaking views.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized, cosy, and tastefully decorated. We were personally greeted by the proprietor, Mr. Fayez, whose warm hospitality truly stood out. He suggested an outstanding local restaurant serving authentic cuisine at very reasonable prices and provided us with detailed guidance on arranging our trip to Petra for a more enjoyable experience without unnecessary physical strain. He also offered us valuable strategic tips on transportation and how to avoid the crowds.
The personalised and genuinely kind service was exceptional. Thanks to him, our breakfast was arranged early in the morning, allowing us to maximise our time at Petra. The breakfast itself was plentiful and nicely diverse. Furthermore, the staff prepared takeaway packs of fruits, drinks, and sandwiches for our Petra visit, saving us the time and effort of shopping or looking for lunch during our excursion. We were extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
