JeremyYes the location, decor, amenities, food were all excellent, but for me it really was the staff.
Breakfast provided was a wide variety of choices fresh, tasty and filling. Staff hospitality was always polite and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel manager was always very helpful and welcoming. Odeh and his “grandfather” provided excellent service and always brought a smile and laugh to my face.
I had a slight issue in the bathroom but that was quickly resolved when I reported it to the manager.

At 38° C. The hotel turns off the Air Conditioning to save money in a $300 deluxe Room,
It's ridiculous. Couldn't sleep in 2 nights!!!
